My name is Ainslee Charles and I’m a full time Realtor in Ventura County. My passion is helping Clients make their real estate goals come true, whether that be selling, buying or just simply educating. I pride myself on walking my Clients through the process so they feel 100% comfortable with the decisions they’re making. I also focus on making this a no-pressure, fun-filled process – I love showing homes and celebrating when we all reach your goals! I help guide and protect my Clients by educating them on the current, local market and negotiating the best price and terms for them. With many years in real estate I have the knowledge, experience and integrity to help first time home buyers, investors, seasoned buyers and sellers and everyone in between.
When I’m not working in my business, I am spending quality time with my Husband and young Daughter. We love sports (GO Niners!), grilling and relaxing. We enjoy being outside, visiting the dog park and traveling. Aside from all of that, you can find me soaking up all the time possible with other family and friends.

Cornelius Charles – Office Manager
My name is Cornelius and I’m Marketing Director for Ventura County Homes By Ainslee. I graduated with a Bachelor’s in Engineering from the University of California, San Diego and a Master’s in Business Management from Capella University. During the day, I work as a mechanical engineer for the United States Department of the Navy. I lead a team of engineers, logisticians, technicians, and contractors supporting testing and evaluation of Navy laser systems.
When I’m not working at my day job or working on marketing with Ainslee, I am spending quality time with my wife and young daughter. I love sports (GO Lakers, Dodgers, and Raiders!), working out at 24 hour fitness and hanging out at the Collection in Oxnard.
